The Closing
Buyer's and Seller's lawyers be involved as early as possible in the transaction to protect the parties and to answer the parties' legal questions. Each lawyer will usually deal with the Broker and the other party's Lawyer. The attorneys should be consulted on the Offer Form and should be used to negotiate and review the Purchase and Sales Agreement. The attorneys should be utilized to review any Restrictive Covenants, Condominium Documents and any Easements/Encumbrances/Liens on the property. Furthermore, we strongly believe that the Buyer and Seller should each obtain legal representation for the Closing.
The Closing Process
Buyer’s Side of the Transaction: Seller’s Side of the Transaction:
(1) Execution of Closing Documents, such as:
(2) Pay the Balance of Funds Owed
(3) Bring Evidence of Insurance
